Over a distinguished career, Alasan held Vice President and senior management roles at respected financial institutions including JPMorgan Chase, PNC Bank, Huntington National Bank, Comerica Bank, and Citizens Bank — consistently growing revenue, coaching elite teams, and managing complex banking operations with precision. His tenure as Director of Business Development at Jollof Enterprise deepened his expertise in cross-border commerce and emerging market strategy.
Grounded by early experience as a government HR professional and certified educator in The Gambia, Alasan brings deep insight into African organizational structures and market dynamics. As COO, he oversees day-to-day operations, client delivery, strategic partnerships, and the company's Africa growth agenda.
